Delaware Crossing consists of individual angel investors interested in financing privately held companies or ventures typically in an early stage of development.

Membership in Delaware Crossing is a privilege, which is subject to renewal, revocation, or termination for a member’s failure to conduct him or herself in a manner consistent with Delaware Crossing’s Charter. Any such non-renewal, revocation or termination does not release a member from obligations under the Agreement which by its terms or nature is to extend beyond revocation or termination of membership.

Process for Membership Qualification:
Qualifying individuals are invited to consider becoming members of Delaware Crossing. Membership is at the discretion of Delaware Crossing and is subject to annual renewal, non-renewal, revocation, or termination by Delaware Crossing.

New members must be sponsored by a current Delaware Crossing member.
All new members (and renewing members) must complete the then current version of the Membership Agreement and the Membership Survey. Agreements and Surveys may then be forwarded by email or mail to Delaware Crossing.

Delaware Crossing will review all applications for membership and endeavor to provide applicants with a written response within forty-five (45) days of completed application submission.

Delaware Crossing membership may be terminated or membership revoked at the discretion and determination of Delaware Crossing, should it be determined that a Delaware Crossing member has breached any term of Delaware Crossing membership. A member will be notified in writing by Delaware Crossing of the intent to terminate or revoke membership, and the on-notice member shall have thirty (30) days in which to submit a written response to Delaware Crossing, should the member deem his/her actions or inactions do not warrant or qualify for termination or revocation of membership.

Delaware Crossing shall consider, in good faith, such on-notice member written response within sixty (60) days. The decision of Delaware Crossing is final.
