Loren is a partner at Fox Rothschild. He advises established and start-up companies on corporate law issues, including venture capital financing, acquisitions, strategic alliances, executive compensation and securities compliance. Loren is a founder of Delaware Crossing Investor Group and runs the screening committee for Delaware Crossing. He has been investing in privately held companies for 10 years. Loren previously worked as an attorney and angel investor in Silicon Valley, and now lives in Doylestown, PA, where he grew up.

Larry A Evans is the founder of Virtual Board of Advisors, an organization that assists early stage companies to exceed the success that they envision. Larry has made angel investments in several dozen early stage companies since 1998. He was one of the NY Angel charter members; Program Manager for LORE in Philadelphia. He currently serves on the board of three of the companies in which he invested. His investments include bio techs, service, software, and high techs. Larry was one of the founders of Right Management (NYSE:RHT) which was sold to Manpower (NYSE:MAN). He has an MBA from Stanford University; was a Nuclear Submarine Naval Office. Eric D. Kanter, M.D.Member- Steering Committee at Mid Atlantic Bio Angels
Eric D. Kanter, M.D. is a practicing ophthalmologist with sub-specialty expertise in vitreo-retinal diseases and surgery. He is an active life science angel investor and analyst performing due diligence for DCIG, serves as a member of the screening committee for Mid Atlantic Bio Angels in New York, and is a consultant to the pharmaceutical and financial industries on ophthalmic and neuroscience drug and device development. Dr. Kanter has been a principal investigator in multiple early and late phase interventional clinical research trials involving patients with age-related macular degeneration and diabetic eye disease. Dr. Kanter is a founding member and a member of the Board of the Short Hills Surgery Center in Millburn, N.J., the largest privately owned surgery center in the state. A graduate of Columbia College and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Dr. Kanter completed his graduate medical training at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He was awarded a Fight for Sight research fellowship at the Yale University Eye Center.

Katherine Kish is Executive Director of Einstein’s Alley, an economic development initiative promoting Central New Jersey as the destination for technology based business. Kish is also president of MARKET ENTRY, INC., a strategic marketing and business development firm, working in the business and non-profit worlds specializing in launching or repositioning products, services, and enterprises. Her corporate background was in broadcasting, publishing and technology. Kish is a fellow of Leadership NJ 2003, was named to the NJ Biz Top 50 Business Women in New Jersey and was honored as Woman of Distinction by the Girl Scouts and Humanitarian of the Year by a chapter of the American Conference on Diversity. She is active in and serves on boards of many civic and philanthropic organizations. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Allegheny College and a master’s degree from Antioch University, with additional graduate work at Williams College and the University of Hawaii.

R.J. Lewis has served the pharmaceutical industry for his entire career. He is the President and CEO of eHealthcare Solutions (EHS), the first vertical Internet advertising network in healthcare, which he started in 1999. Today, eHealthcare Solutions is a Premium Advertising Network serving both advertisers and publishers in the digital healthcare marketplace. In part to solve his own Network’s growth challenges, Mr. Lewis co-founded Ad-Juster in 2007. Ad-Juster is a thriving technology company based in San Diego, CA, focused on online discrepancy management and reconciliation. Prior to starting eHealthcare Solutions, Mr. Lewis served as Vice President of Sales for Physicians’ Online (now part of WebMD/Medscape) and was responsible for hiring and training the pharmaceutical-focused sales force. R.J. Lewis earned his MBA in 1999 in Marketing and Information Systems from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Steve LudmererStrategic Operating and Growth Executive
Steve Ludmerer has a distinguished career building, growing, and improving the performance of chemical, advanced material, clean energy, medical device and consumer products businesses. Currently, Steve and his colleagues at Ludmerer & Associates support and guide early stage companies, university spinouts, corporate venture teams, venture capitalists and corporate customers. Previously, Steve spent twenty-five years in a variety of management roles at DuPont Company and Union Carbide/Dow. He spent three years resident in Asia building DuPont’s Asia Pacific operations and subsequently led three materials technology businesses (diagnostics, instruments, electronics). Steve has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University and an MBA from Drexel University.
